Welcome to Asshole Remover (the “Service”), operated by Front Seat (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service lets you upload a photo and remove a selected person from it using automated image-processing tools. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

2. Your Responsibilities

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • You own or have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to upload, edit, and share any image you submit.
  • Your use of the Service will not infringe the rights of any third party, including privacy, publicity, or intellectual-property rights.
  • You will not use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise harmful, or to deceive or harm others.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the images you upload and the results you generate. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not sell it.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by Front Seat and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Front Seat will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Front Seat from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
